Those regions who have already implemented efficient and successful strategies will serve as front-runners, whose models will be analyzed and optimized.<br \/><br \/>\r\n\r\nBy the end of the project, a useful set of strategies will be developed, able to foster the creation and the large-scale optimization of more Passive House\u2019s Regions, all over Europe. These strategies will be available through an international platform, so to form new skills and resources in both public and private sectors throughout Europe. Familiarity with and knowledge of existing Passive House regions, will create new demand, stimulating the creation of additional Passive House\u2019s Regions and the development of corresponding markets.<br \/><br \/>\r\n\r\nActions:\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Understanding mechanisms and structures behind regional Passive House front-runners\u2019 areas and cities<\/li>\r\n\t<li>Improving visibility of Passive House front-runners\u2019 regions, sharing experiences to develop awareness and familiarity in political decision making and, consequently, to create demand, triggering the adoption of the Passive House\u2019s concept.<\/li>\r\n        <li>Help regions and city partners to apply these innovations, creating their own models, stimulating them both in becoming front-runners and optimizing existing models.<\/li>\r\n\t<li>Build a set of solutions and strategies to realize passive buildings throughout Europe, including:\r\n          <ul>\r\n             <li>Funding schemes<\/li>\r\n             <li>Consultive models<\/li>\r\n             <li>Incentives for industries\u2019 commitment<\/li>\r\n             <li>Information packs for decision makers<\/li>\r\n             <li>Information packs for public and private house-buiders patterns of contracts<\/li>\r\n             <li>Patterns of integrated design<\/li>\r\n             <li>Tools for financial analysis<\/li>\r\n          <\/ul>\r\n        <\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.comune.cesena.fc.it\/flex\/cm\/pages\/ServeBLOB.php\/L\/IT\/IDPagina\/9690\" target=\"_blank\">Municipality of Cesena &#8211; PassREg project<\/a> (in Italian)\r\n<br \/>\r\n\r\n<a href=\"http:\/\/passreg.eu\/index.php\" target=\"_blank\">More information<\/a>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Fiorita Passive House is the beacon project of the PassREg european project for the Municipality of Cesena (Italy).
